Last night I drove down south to meet two of my sisters for dinner. My younger sister is visiting from Madison, WI and this was the only time I could go and see her. We went to this awesome Greek restaurant in the Mill Creek Town Center - Kafe Neo I think it was called? Regardless of its name, the food was AMAZING! We had cheese and veggie dolmathes, lentil soup and a greek salad with tasty chunks of lamb on top. Oh and of course two glasses of syrah. : )

I've been wanting to find an equally great Greek restaurant here in Bellingham, but haven't had any success. Any suggestions?

I took a total rest day from exercise yesterday and it felt good - I could tell my body needed it. This morning's run at the Y felt easy and I'm sure that is because my leggies had rested. I'd like to go for a bike ride this evening, but the weather is looking sub par (windy and rainy), boo! Maybe just some weights and a quick swim.
