It's FRIDAY! Yay! I don't even mind that it is raining today because it is Friday. : )
Yesterday, Rebecca and I went on a longer mid-week bike ride. We haven't been doing many mid-week rides lately, so it was nice to get out there. Plus, it was partly sunny, so we had to take advantage of it.
We did 40 awesome miles in 2:45. I am SORE today though and dehydrated. I didn't drink enough on the ride, so I'm rehydrating today. I've been pretty good over the past few days to get in my 64oz. of water per day. I should probably be drinking more than that when I have intense, sweaty workouts.
Planning a 3-4 mile run this evening and a solid iron pumping session! I found some new exercises in the latest issue of Oxygen Magazine and I can tell they'll get me out of my weight lifting rut because they're making me nice and sore!
