I did feel guilty running inside today because it was a beautiful afternoon although it was like 47 degrees. I need better clothing to run outside - need a little heavier long sleeved BRIGHT shirt and something to cover my ears. Once I acquire those, I'll be set to tackle the cold. Maybe something like these:

I wear my holiday bear earmuffs year round of course.

ReplyDeleteMy ears rarely feel cold, but my nose does - I need some sort of balaclava this year.
I wear my tank tops year-round and just add arm sleeves in the winter.
I think I will get me a pair of those ear muffs! Those are very attractive! ;P

ReplyDeleteI like that Nike thermal 1/2 zip. I've been buying a few winter running pieces lately. I bought 2 pairs of brooks tights from Road Runners, and a 1/2 zip pullover top from lululemon. But I feel like I need more, maybe a vest?

ReplyDeleteI have that nike element half zip and it is VERY comfortable and warm. Versitle too what with the hood, the zipper that can completely cover your neck and the thumb holes!
ReplyDeleteI heart winter running!! The gear is the best!! So warm, cozy and bright! You definitely need to get those ear warmers though, that is the most stylish thing I've seen!
