Mileage. That is my November goal. I just want to get in a decent amount of distance in all areas - swim, bike and run.
Some loose numbers I'd like to hit are:
Swim: 16-20,000 yards
Bike: 300-350 miles
Run: 85-100 miles
Weights: 11-13 days
And it all started today a run and a weight sesh - I'm on my way! However, I have come down with a sore throat that is quickly turning into a bunch of pressure in my head, so my run was not as long as I wanted, only 3.5 miles. My brain feels like it is being squeezed which is causing this awesome headache. Just awesome...
To keep my butt accountable for these goals, I'm going to put my goal mileage on the right side-bar and then subtract each workout I do.
