- Completed my 1st, 2nd and 3rd triathlon
- PR'd by 8 minutes in the half marathon distance
- Rode my bike from Seattle to Portland
- Was more active than any other year of my life
I'll continue my mini monthly goals, but I do have some over-arching goals for this year.
- Complete all races I have planned. Check out my 2011 tentative calendar.
- Accept my body for what it is. I am often negative towards the state of my body, but in reality I should be thanking it for what it has allowed me to do. Positive body image is what I think they call it. :)
Examine what I'm eating. Eat more real food - less processed stuff, more plant based foods.
I wish everyone a happy, healthy, active, sweaty New Year! It's gonna be a good one. :)
