Quick 2010 recap and onto 2011

I feel the need to recap 2010, to close it up and put it on the shelf as one to remember. But I really don't have the urge to write a long post and I don't think you'd read it anyway. So here are a few things that I'm particularly proud of this year:
So all in all, 2010 was great. Put that one away and lets head onto the present, 2011.

I'll continue my mini monthly goals, but I do have some over-arching goals for this year.
  • Complete all races I have planned. Check out my 2011 tentative calendar.
  • Accept my body for what it is. I am often negative towards the state of my body, but in reality I should be thanking it for what it has allowed me to do. Positive body image is what I think they call it. :)
January Goal

Examine what I'm eating. Eat more real food - less processed stuff, more plant based foods.

I wish everyone a happy, healthy, active, sweaty New Year! It's gonna be a good one. :)
