2. I have started to take a multi-vitamin in hopes that I can stick to it everyday. I chose NatureMade Multi for her with iron and calcium. I liked that it had added iron because I'm very anemic and I already take an iron supplement. I'm marking the days on my calendar that I take it to keep me consistent. I'm curious if taking these will make me feel different? How long does it take to "feel better" from supplements? As an athlete, should I be taking something other than a multi-vitamin? Suggestions welcome.

I guess this really is happening tomorrow. I'm excited, nervous, excited, nervous, etc.
4. I know there are a lot of people racing this weekend and I want to give a special shout out to everyone running the Seattle Rock 'n Roll Marathon or Half! I know there are quite a few bloggers running it (Alma, Mel, Amanda, Kerrie, Carla, Jill, Chelsea) and I have a few co-workers running it to. Good Luck everyone!

Glad to hear you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteA little over a month ago I started a "for her" multi and also fish oil supplements, which I chose after a lot of research (the triathlon section of Competitor.com has some great info about supplements) and I think notice a difference. I should have been smart like you and marked off the days! :)
Yay for feeling better!! Good luck tomorrow!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck tomorrow Megan! Wish I could be 2 places at once :) You're going to rock it and the weather is looking good, so should make for nice post-race funking :)
